Employees enjoy downtime from our big ambitions with 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), which rises by one day each year after two years (to a maximum of 30 days).

Sabbatical

Sabbatical

After three years of service, staff are eligible to take a one month, unpaid, sabbatical. After five years of service, staff are eligible to take a one month, paid, sabbatical.
