At Sparx we understand that the arrival of a new addition is a hugely significant time, so when our employees become parents or extend their family further, we provide enhanced family leave and pay. We also offer 4 weeks of paternity leave.
To ensure it isn’t all about work, employees enjoy downtime from our big ambitions with 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), which rises by one day each year after 2 years (to a maximum of 30 days).

We are currently operating under a hybrid model of working, providing flexibility for our team. We also hold regular in-person social events, fortnightly virtual company meetings and an all staff in-person event every four months.
After three years of service staff are eligible to take a one month, unpaid, sabbatical. After five years of service, staff are eligible to take a one month, paid, sabbatical.
